PROJECT LIST FOR 2012:
- Footprints Ministry - Learn to knit baby hats and write letters of encouragement for babies in NICU
- YMCA - General maintenance, painting, clean up at the Weatherly location.
- Free Water Giveaway - Hand out free water at Parkway Mall.
- Car Wash - Free car wash at multiple locations around the city
- Adopt a Fire Station - Cook hardy lunch for the firemen
- Prayer Walking Projects - Pray for days events–at church, walking or sitting
- School Projects - Paint, landscape, etc. at several South Hsv schools
- CASA Wheel Chair Ramp - CASA = Care Assurance System for the Aging. Build and repair wheel chair ramps for the homes of seniors in town
- CASA Yard Work - Pull weeds, rake leaves, landscaping at homes
- House Repair Projects - House construction, repairs, roofing, all skill levels welcomed and encouraged.
- Covered by His Grace - Make fleece tie blankets (no sewing) for area shelters, hospitals, nursing home patients, and delivery
- Environmental Projects - Clean up Hayes Nature Preserve, Jones Farm Park with Huntsville Green Team
- Christian Women’s Job Corps - Make notebooks and gifts for students for fall semester
- In-House Packing Projects - Prepare goodie bags and baskets for assisted home patient and Local Mission agencies like Hope Place, Women at the Well, Choose Life
- Bicycle Repair Charity - Repair bicycles to donate to needy children. Need people familiar with bike repair skills.
- GirlFriends - Make gift bags to give to girls in adult entertainment industry. Women only. Min 14 yrs old.
- Kindness in Progress Projects - Pick up trash in front of local businesses, pull weeds, trim bushes if needed.
- WAM Project - General house repair and cleanup for houses
- Manna House - Stock donated food and organize donated clothes for less fortunate families in the community
- North Alabama Railroad Museum - NARM - Replace broken lock washers of track bolts on jointed rails. Will be done on April 14th
- Lincoln School - Help turn this old school into a Christian school for low-income children and for those who are from violence torn homes. Will include painting, landscaping, and construction
