- Deadline for signing up: Sunday April 1, 2012
- Submit one form per person (not per family)
- Please select projects you would like to work on. Select box #1 of the project of your first choice, optionally #2 for second and #3 for third choice.
- Lunch will be provided on Saturday, April 21 at no cost. (breakfast will not be provided) Please check box on form if you will participate.
- If you are away from the church working on your project, lunch will be delivered to your site.
- T-Shirts are available for $5.00 each. To order, please indicate the number of each size needed (pay and pickup by April 21). Note these are the same T-shirts as last year.
